SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the SMS messaging program operated by Echelon Systems LLC (“Echelon Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the terms below.

Program description

Echelon Systems LLC operates an SMS messaging program. Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior consent to receive them, either directly to us or to a client business on whose behalf we message.

Message content includes:

Replies to inquiries you have sent us or a client business.
Appointment scheduling and confirmations.
Service updates.
Offers, where the consent you provided covers them.

How to opt in

Consent to receive SMS messages is collected in the following ways:

Verbally. You provide your phone number during a phone call or a scheduled demonstration and agree to be contacted by text message.
Web form. You submit a form on our website or a client business’s website and check an SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be selected by you.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services, or those of a client business, without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to you. To resubscribe, reply START.

Supported carriers and liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates when they were last revised.
